30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact our support team at info@klaryna.shop with your order number and the item you wish to return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns (such as change of mind or wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned (e.g., intimate wear, used items, or items not in their original condition). Final-sale items are also not eligible for return.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled before they enter processing. Once your order is being prepared for shipment, changes may no longer be possible.
