1. Shipping Fees

We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.99 on all orders within the United States.

  • No hidden charges
  • No additional handling fees at checkout

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day

3. Transit Time

After processing, your order will be shipped and delivered within:

  • 7–12 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or high demand periods.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • We do not ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam)

A valid physical street address is required for successful delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

6. Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you.

  • We recommend reaching out if your package has not been delivered within 12 business days after shipment
  • Our team will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
